What's new across the platform.

AutoAssess and the Automation Orchestrator are live and in use. The ServiceNow integration and Compliance Frameworks are new, and AutoAssess has picked up a round of improvements since GA. Here is what changed and how to put it to work, whether you run Whistic today or you are sizing it up.

Automation Orchestrator

AutoAssess, updates since GA

AutoAssess, the vendor assessment workflow in Automation Orchestrator, runs assessments from configured trigger to executive summary with zero routine touchpoints. Run one agent or all four. The updates since GA are about day-to-day control:

  • SOC 2 Summary support and a templated, AI-generated executive summary
  • A default assessment owner and a schedule view of upcoming automated runs
  • Exclude or include specific vendors from automated runs, with notifications in your local timezone

Whistic Assess customers with Whistic AI enabled are eligible for Automation Orchestrator. There is no separate purchase or add-on.

Integrations

ServiceNow, in sync

The Whistic ServiceNow integration keeps vendor records and assessment results in sync across both systems. Records created or updated in ServiceNow mirror into Whistic on a schedule you set, and updates in Whistic land back on the ServiceNow record as they happen. ServiceNow stays your system of record. Whistic runs the assessment.

  • Assessment status visible without leaving ServiceNow
  • Risk score and status write back to the vendor record automatically
  • Field-level mapping that fits your process, on the same configuration model as the Archer integration

Compliance Frameworks

Compliance Frameworks organizes your internal compliance program by framework. Map existing controls to official requirement language, tag and filter at scale, and put the tests that verify each control behind every requirement as living evidence.
